#11766 RE: opportunityknocking #11765

And if it takes until 2010 then it is going to take a lot more dilution, probably the full 125 million shares. I'm not willing to wait around until then. A lot of people have made a lot of money off BOCX and its issuing of shares and options, and unfortunately not the poor saps like myself and most of those on this board who bought their shares on the open market.

Right now one can safely estimate that BOCX has about 70 million shares O/S (once all the options are exercised), and thus, much more dilution without anymore private offerings will put downward pressure on the price per share.

Assuming that all 125 million shares are issued, it would take a capitalization of $1 billion for the price to reach $8. This would not be the return I had hoped for given the risk undertaken. I can't imagine anyone who paid $3.00 per share too estactic about such a development. The problem is that it sure looks like might and it will be the insiders/financiers will be the ones who will have profited substantially over the years. Add it up, it is tens of millions of dollars.
