Kipp, the assumption is that those who own warrants,
will convert them to shares @.30 and immediately sell
them in the market to lock their gain and thus cause
a selling pressure and a lower share price until the
expiry date. There is no guarantee of course that it
will happen.

Bob, ZMR has the same problem until the end of the
month when approx 7 million warrants are expiring
@.12-.13. This is the only reason why i am still
waiting with this one.

Well, I would think now is time to buy, don't wait for 2/18. Usually it takes days to exercise the warrants and more days to sent to broker and get them registered. My guess is most of the warrants are gone by now. The problem for the recent down turn was the production number. We really need NGG to reach much higher production number first.
