We also can't overlook what tools Dahlman Rose can lend to the ever emerging equation as well as other boutiques which may be very interested in Deep Down Inc at this present juncture.

I personally feel the overhang situation will work itself out as there's too many positive attributes to Deep Down's ever emerging growth phase to come to the forefront over the coming months as more material developments arrive.

So the way I see it is at some point over these next few weeks heading into the 10K this temporary lull will end & fresh buying waves will return. Deep Down Inc has a ton of potential in the international ultra deepwater oil services sector & has accomplished a lot in its first year of going public.
