I'd ask someone else, basically what you are doing though is losing money on one and gaining it back with the other. So unless you cut losses on your loser quick, you won't make much.

People normally do that when they are indecisive of which way it's going.

I think it will go down, alot of negative news and everything rallied for a bit.

I would not be buying any FEB options this close to expiration...JMHO.
