No, it was not a false PR. They could leave today if they wanted to. Billy being the EXCELLENT Captain that he is, had the boat surveyed and he was given recomendations. Would you rather have them get all the way down there first then find out things needed to be done and have to come back?
I mean I know you are down on Wilf and you are tired of what you perceive as his "lies" But we have a great man in Captain Billy there, always thinking of important matters pertaining to safety. I'm told that the part that was ordered will be there on Monday. Now, you can insist they keep to their schedule and depart as planned or you can insist that things are done correctly before the departure. Personally, I'd rather put my life in Billy's hands.
