There is a virtual library of factual, verifiable information catalogged here, in SEC filings, and in the IBOX to weigh on whethere or not to buy-hold-sell. Why would someone base their decisions on a response to an email?
IMO, to base a decision on such a small part of what is available is to overlook the bulk of information available.
I understand that gut feeling is sometimes valuable but from my perspective it only fills gaps. I generally temper facts with feelings and not the other way round.

PS - an earlier post of an email response from Steve H. said that the company is dealing with the low PPS in the best way it can - IE growing the company!
That is as honest a response as you can get. The company has no direct control of the market and as shareholders we should appreciate that they are directing their efforts toward productive goals and not toward manipulating or boosting the shareprice on a short term basis (such as issuing fluff PRs).
