But actually, there are other ways. For example..The security laws of the USA does not apply in other Countries. Not in Mexico, not in Brazil, not in the Caymans, not in Canada, not in France, not in the UK.., nor Hong Cong, nor Singapore..nor Australia.. Next door is the Bahamas. They do not apply there, either...
