I'm going to make an appeal. I am getting flooded with emails and calls into my office. While I completely appreciate your need for information, please realize that I am not going to give you anything that isn't publicly available elsewhere. I am also not going to comment on rumors or supposition, particularly those posted here on the board. My job is to help the investors with a consistent and responsible flow of information.
My focus is on the institutional investment community. This is the best way to help the stock. To the extent I have to spend time out of my day talking to individuals with a couple thousand shares here and there, I am taking away time from talking to the professionals that own or could potentially own millions of shares. It's not that the company doestn't appreciate you, we do, but we have a job to do that transcends the needs of any one shareholder. Be cognizant of that when you decide to reach out.
To answer a couple of common questions:
We have not yet set a release date. When we do, we will issue a press release.
We have made no decisions on a conference call. When and if we do, we will issue a press release.
We do not respond to rumor or speculation. When we have something to say, we will issue a press release.
I hope you are sensing a theme here.
Finally, some good solid advice: If you want real information about this, or any other company for that matter, don't read these message boards. They are generally inaccurate, unreliable, and often used for manipulation, speculation and rumor - not to mention venting frustration. If you want real information about the company, read our formal disclosures.
