At todays price the company even with the dividend is priced at 400K

This is not a free share but a 10 Cent dividend payment!
Stock does not go down automatically. Just make the MM's twist in the wind trying to cover the shares they are short.

Think about it, if they are short 300-500K shares as an example and that number DOUBLES after the dividend. They will NEED To cover that as the REAL Shareholders plus the Shorted shareholdrs will get these shares credited to there accounts !
