Float is still TINY compared to most companies. With there revenue, company is worth alot more than its trading at

And just another small point, If a CASH Div stocks do not go down with the amount of CASH an IBM , etc giove to shareholders.

In a sense they are reducing CASH so the value of the company and the stock should go down
