Why did you decide to sell out today? I'm still hoping that John Boken will be able to turn this company big and fast enough around that current common shareholders will be able to recieve shares of the new stock. You should read this 2004 info on John Boken:

He did an outstanding job of turning NRG Energy, Inc around when they filed for BK. Now that company is doing really good.
