peter has no intregrity!!! did u not remember last november and last december? all i want is to get my shares and than sell. but unfortunately, imo, there is a scheme behind all this "4 quarter and 1 year" thing before we will get our shares. what is the scam, scheme, or whatever u want to call it, who knows. we will find out! i just hope the price doesn't tank all the way down before we get our qtig shares; IF WE GET THEM.

Broke: I held this stock when it was at .75 and they did not file then. The reason for the downward motion is not the filing but the hamilton shift key problem.

Filing is important but not the most important to me at this time. If we put out the product and it's accepted then the filing will come at any time and the institutional buyers will be able to get in,
