A still-to-be-created cement company that JUST began trading at an arbritrary and grossly overvalued price (IMO) that according to their own antiquated filings has no business yet, no revenues yet, no assets, no cash on hand, that trades to a market valuation of $133,000,000, that appears to have a boat-load of the residual shell shares to hit the open market at $0.00 cost, in a country's sector that takes eons to get approved to do business in.
From today's PR: "The Company is in the new historic development stage"
Interpretation: "It's gonna get bumpy"
And we are getting a BUY recommendation on this from a bunch of no-name pumpers?
IMO....this is Cabbage Patch all over again. Wait a bit and you can buy all you want at $0.50 or lower.
