between the incorrect quotes and the restriction calling it in as soon as these are corrected it should help somewhat...I don't know why they do this.

Well they should probably listen to their customers!! I would be pretty pissed with taco bell if I drove up to the drive through and they told me they are only taking orders at the counter inside!!
