One of the most important facts to remember is the first thing an agency will ask of the complainer is if they are a shareholder. If not, they have a "file" for the placement of such complaints. I wonder how high the stack is now? LOL.
Most folks just don't understand the workings of the Fundacion and are confused by the rules and regulations of it. Often times, I've seen this confusion result in anger. All we can do is try to help educate those that don't get it.
