Stockings, you do understand how the big boys work don't you? ... you seem correct in understanding about our governemnt but have NO clue about when it comes to our currency holdings. The governments of both Iraq and America will do just fine it is the small guy in Iraq and here in the states that can not talk and deal behind closed doors. I guess you have it now1 and know it was never about the little guy here in the US or in Iraq!!!

last I heard the U.S. Government dosen't invest in the stockmarket or foreign currency exchange with taxpayers money, if that were the case they could deplete the U.S. deficit to pennies.
