I doubt that, but I won't answer for him. The last filing said this:
There were 31,955,131 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of November 12, 2007.
But I am sure it is much bigger than that with the conversions going on. TA only once gave me the os and it involved faxing them - I tried again and they would not respond. Also Dan Zwiren has been non-responsive to my last few emails.
