I asked when I bought in at Scottrade a couple of weeks ago and was told it was due to "suspicious price and trading patterns". This must be many months old (dating back to Cornell days perhaps?) since I first tried to buy COPI maybe four months ago and it was on the same status at that time--phone buys only.
