I believe that the "sooner" part will be the increase in oil production for 2008. they want to surpass 3 million barrels a day, and that will bring lots of moolah for the mulahs in Iraq! LOL!

Stop being so greedy! lol Sure, I'd love to see an RV, but the important thing in that article is no LOP either. No LOP + no RV + lots of oil = high dinar in the near future.
