Trust is something KAA will have to work on. We can't raise enough capital at $.068 a share, and I haven't seen evidence that Hemi can self finance further projects through revenues. It is not a good sign for a CEO to duck inquiries.
The lecture expands upon the buying of junior mining companies. You will understand how to question management on the buying of exploration cos. I think it applies well to oil exploration cos. as well.
