The only unity we have now is spiritual. Jesus said I did not come to bring peace but a sword that would divide bone from marrow. He was talking about truth from lies and there would be great division. So we only have one true unity now it is the broken body and the spilled blood of our Lord which we call communion. It is the common thread that binds us, and he asked us to do it often in remembrance of Him.
Paul talked to the Corinthians about it often, I'm sure you know what the word of God says about it. It's not a ceremony, it's a constant reminder that though we differ in many ways, that we'll always be united in one body the Bride of Christ. Though we may not go through the physical act of communion every day we should be in constant communion to stay in true unity. Isaiah 55:8- is very clear His ways are not our ways and our ways are not is His. His ways are much higher then are ways we can't understand. My hope is that I have not appeared as undermining the relationships of this board and to all board members I say this excel has been a faithful leader and has labored many hours in prayer on behalf of the Saints who gain from his faithfulness. The Lord has called him and he has been faithful to fulfill that call there may be different views and different opinions but Jesus is the one who is in charge and I submit myself to the leadership of this board. I will not compromise in my convictions, yet I also will not become a stumbling block to the great work that's been done here. More later if the Lord wills, but I have some work to do today.
