Complete Incompetence would be the words I would use.They need to seize the moment speak to the deep pocket investors release some information on the contracts.Rehash the news of ABTs .954 and IMAs results ,rock the cancer detection world and start what ever phase is needed on our rapid test,start more on the imageing.Kick this into high gear,and get with it instead of sitting back and saying were waiting on ABT or IMA!!!
