If you have the tools, the info is public record as to the "institutional brokerage houses" I called three. ALL three said they do not invest in unsolicited 15c2-11 securities PERIOD. They ALL said it's perfectly legal to take a "private" buy/sell order. They have reporting requirements and they have to list the securities they hold in name! "Storefront". as it were. More of my opinions.
