I'm sure that nmcx "paid" a fee to Blackstone, abet a small one, for a one time blurb. Otherwise, nmcx may have committed fraud, and/or misrepresentation. This is along the same lines as some private investors putting buy orders thru institutional brokerage houses to appear like "institutional" interest. IMHO the "ICE" is much thinner at the moment. It's called a "Storefront".
