Understood, and like you I am holding for the long term. The one item I just can't seem to grasp is the use of shares to pay the different entities involved with this Company. I understand the thinking behind it, although, why would anyone take shares that at this time aren't worth much in order to invest time, capital or whatever it is their investing if they didn't think this would amount to something later.
My opinion is one in the same as yours, they are about 24 months out from making a statement within the industry that will turn this stock around.
