If you guys would take a minute to do the math, you'd realize that the eps estimates given were based upon nearly 1 billion outstanding shares. But noooooooooooo. Ready/Fire/Aim.

lol I don't know if I would go that far. It is alot more than I expected, but it doesn't mean those shares will be hitting the streets anytime soon.
The thing is now I know for sure that this is 'just another pink'. At least that is what it means to me. The first question that came to my mind was how many more preferred shares are out there waiting to be converted. Obviously it was required to increase those as well. That bothered me more than the 1.5B common.
A 2.5B poison pill seems excessive, but then maybe not. :(
