Could be. 10000 share bought at the ask right at the close. While I doubt anything will be announced by IMA Monday, you never know. Maybe BOCX will release something on their own.

By the way, I noticed that FRAN moved their ask this morning from 1.15 to 3.00. Maybe they know something.
