PTSC reminds me of a stock that I owned a couple of years back called Intertrust Technologies Corp ITRU who sued Microsoft for patent infringement. That company was eventually bought over by Phillips and Sony. I believe that this case may end up in a similar manner where a consotium of Japanese companies, namely those with lawsuits pending, jointly buy out PTSC and signing sweetheart deal with Intel in return for favorable benefits in all future chip purchases. In this case it becomes a win-win situation for everyone. Reading between the lines it would appear that negotiations have already started with the Japanese companies before Intel steps into the fray. This legal action by Intel is more a strategic move to wring out from PTSC a more favorable outcome in the eventual legal settlement. It has often been said that Japanese companies when faced with legal action on patent infringements would rather buy out the company for the reasons that it is much cheaper to acquire the patents, the future status of the patent is legally determined , and much easier to license the patent for recurring income.

I have slowly accumulated a good amount of PTSC stocks hoping for the above to happen where the pps may reach $2.00
