Unfortunately until BOCX, ABT or IMA get FDA approval then nothing is proven. If this was a lock then you can bet that every person insiders know from all three companies would be buying like crazy and we wouldn't be at the mercy of a hedge fund.
PS-the good dentist has not submitted anything regarding the options which were to expire. A lot of information was release last fall, I just hope that Moro and Whittenberg are really bad businessmen and not good ones.
