i saw on OTC BB alerts board about PWREQ .0006 filing a 10-Q for 2002 and i thought it was strange that a bankrupt company was filing a 10-Q. then i went to pinksheets and i saw they filed all their quarterly reports back to 2002 and i knew something was happening.
