The hedge still does not want this to run too much yet if they believe in BOCX, and will keep pressuring it down until they know that a big spike is imminent.

Now if JPTC doesn't try and dump their shares on the spikes then we can reasonable assume that there may be some upcoming news (otherwise they will want to hang on to their shares).
