Cat, I questioned that long ago, way back in December and parties from both sides of the equation were not happy when I did. Fact is, we have no clue who the actual seller is. That is why I have been harping all the way back to the name change in December to make public the details of the deals and give us public filings!
I do believe the only reason anyone has even brought Sandra up is due to publicly registering her intent to sell. As I said when that was first posted, it does not mean she is selling, means she has registered to sell if she chooses. I forget the exact timing, but I believe she has 30 days to sell those shares if she chooses.
