My thoughts on your questions.....
At what point does uWink become a growing, profitable company?
>>>They are growing right now. They continue to make improvements to the existing restaurant that are adding revenue. It appears that they will open two new, much larger, restaurants in the next few months. They are selling software and appear to have something going on in Miami and Canada.

How many restaurants does it take to become profitable?
>>>uWinkn has stated in the past, that they will be profitable with three restaurants. Again, they'll have three in the next few months.

I htink the real money is in the franchises.
>>>It's all real money. uWink's plan is 1/3 company owned and 2/3 franchises. A big unknown is software sales, which will be very profitable - though we have no idea how significant.

There willd efinitely be a pop-up when they open the new restaurants, but if they are not profitable.. I submit IMO it can't be sustained. It will fall back once the momentum and hypo wear off.. the only way it will continue to grow is if profitability is ensured into the future.

>>>Again, with three they believe they will be profitable.

This would have to come primarily from company-owned restaurants at first.

>>>Agreed, but the software revenue is unknown.

No boubt they have franchisees (ors?), but likely none of those contracts are binding.

>>>We don't know this, but they've only signed one so far so.....

If the concept company-owned stores don't make it, the franchises mean nothing.

>>>Yup. No one will buy a bad concept. But the revenue's are saying it is a good concept, the first store is doing very well in a poor location, they keep adding things to get people in the door, people who have been there think it's fantastic, as do most of the reviewers. I think they have proven it will work. Now they need to execute.

If the company-owned stores are self-sustaining in their own right, they franchises ar what will propel this stock onto a major exchange and maybe make us some real money...

>>>Agreed 100%
