Zecco did it 3 times. Once with ACRUQ(they made me buy at market at .05 for 25k shares when I only had 20 bucks in the account and I was doing a limit order of .0001) And there was this other stock in my other account on the same day as well but I forget the symbol. Then they did it on the F/S play of AQPTY. Made me short and forced me to cover the shares. I think that one was 1650.00.
USAA did it as well with the ATNOD F/S but a different way(I never received my F/S shares and the company and the T/A said I had to own by the record date, go figure with that crap). I got USAA's attention when I mentioned mediation and a lawyer. They folded real quick. Took forever to get my shares and I told them that I should get at least 100 free shares b/c of the share price decline since then and finally after negotiation they credited my account for 600 bucks just recently.
Its a lot to type in detail about all of those. A lot of stuff went on but is all settled for the most part.
I almost gave up on those plays with the bad luck I had.
