I agree completely. If we were to all put in orders at .70 at the exact same time we would be able to push it up. The problem is that it would immediately come down unless those on the bid keep it up. JPTC would be more than happy to keep dumping shares, and Citigroup would probably help the process.
The only way to go up is a news release, and if that doesn't happen soon than this buying may turn into selling.
Question-the dentist had a lot of options to exercise. If he did BOCX got $100k in cash and if he didn't you have to ask yourself "why not"?
