No one ever suggested that Steve "has nothing to do with all Prs and deals".
His name is most certainly on many PR's.
Steve has been interviewed and has admitted to being duped.
He claims never to have seen the paperwork that PV promised on the fabulous deals.
He claims to have "trusted" PV.

Steve is not innocent here.
He is attempting to mitigage his and his familys potential liability from regulators and lawsuits.

I think Steve should have been named by the OSC as well.
But ... maybe he is cutting a deal.
Who knows??
