Gonzille, with your AS vs OS thoughts…

I fully understand that the OS is the key denominator for deriving an EPS. I am aware of the formula. I used the number for the “as of today” OS versus the “as of 30 Sep 07” number used for the OS.

The EPS of .01 per share was derived from using the OS as of 30 Sep 07 of 64,427,321 shares.

The EPS of .001 per share was derived because I used the OS as of today of 595,000,000 shares. The OS looks to have been maxed out to equate to the AS.

Go to page 1 of the 10K and you will read…

”As of January 11, 2008, the Company had 595,000,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value per share, outstanding.”

By definition, “common stock” is not considered Authorized Shares as they are part of the total amount of shares under the umbrella of Authorized Shares. As you can see from reading the definition of common stock, it is not the same as shares in the Treasury which is the difference of shares between the AS and the OS.

Also, read what's in the IBox. I think they referenced such twice as to the OS being 595,000,000 shares. If I am still looking at this wrong, please help me to see such.
