Cardtrend Launches BP Card in China
Thursday January 31

Commences the Establishment of Branded Loyalty Card in the Chinese Market

HONG KONG--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 31, 2008 -- Cardtrend International Inc. (CDTR.OB) today announced that it has launched its "Bonus Point" loyalty card in the city of Guangzhou, China. The "Bonus Point Card" ("BP Card") will lead to the creation of a merchant and cardholder base, which is projected to grow significantly as loyalty programs increasingly attract consumers in China.

Chen Yu Hua, Cardtrend's Chief Officer for the Greater China Region, stated: "For the launch phase, 250 Merchants have signed up and 5,000 Cardmembers have been recruited. We are projecting to grow to 1,000 Merchants and 100,000 Cardmembers by the end of 2008 in Guangzhou alone."

BP Card members will be rewarded with Bonus Points for their spending at participating Merchants. Both Cardmembers and Merchants will benefit from their participation in the BP Card program and Merchants will be able to retain greater customer loyalty.

Guangzhou, one of the highest income cities in China, was chosen to launch BP Card because of the high travel and entertainment spending in that city, and to leverage Cardtrend's existing operations in the region.

KK Ng, CEO of Cardtrend, added: "Guangzhou is simply the first step in a China-wide roll-out program. We are targeting to launch the BP Card in other major Chinese cities over the next three years."

Additional details on the marketing and operation of the BP card program will be released shortly.

BP Card Loyalty Program to Be a Key Growth Generator in the Chinese Market

HONG KONG, CHINA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 5, 2008 -- Cardtrend International Inc. (CDTR.OB) today released additional details on its BP Card loyalty card program and outlined its plans to expand across China.

KK Ng, CEO of Cardtrend, said: "Commencing with our initial program in Guangzhou announced last week we plan to launch the BP Card in key Chinese cities over the next three years, starting with Shanghai but later adding Beijing, Nanjing Tianjin, Dalian, Shengyang, Qingdao, Jinan, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing and Xian."

Chen Yu Hua, Cardtrend's Chief Officer for the Greater China Region, added: "We see significant opportunities for Cardtrend in the loyalty card market and are targeting to grow the BP Card program in China to 20,000 Merchants and 2,000,000 Cardmembers over the next three years."

Merchants participate in the BP Card program because they believe it increases their sales while enhancing customer loyalty. One BP Card Merchant is Xiao Yuan Wines, which serves imported fine wine and cigars in the heart of Guangzhou city.
