If you play with Pinkies you play with your financial life. Barry Davis is out and out a convicted crook...PERIOD. His claims are beyond reason. And yet "people" still believe or at least hope what iceman says might come true.
As previously stated I broke my own rules in buying this stock (NNRI) because I was greedy. I was betting that IM and Stocktiger would have promoted this stock to the "moon". I like not many here ,know nothing about this stock or it's potential.
I broke further rules seeing how crappy the chart looked and did not sell when I should have.
what Iam trying to say is that these Pinksheets are great if you "play" with speculation money. they are also fun if you get these shares at a penny or less and watch the "promoters" promote.
Good luck all

I think you are right that IM has had a falling out with the Simms group. I think they took him for a ride recently on a small investment. I know you cannot believe him. I know most of his promotions are pump & dump. I invested in NNRI becuase of its business model. I also personally went down to try "I mean try" to take his class. I left after the first day and understand how he operates firt hand. I also went down there to checkup on NNRI. I got first hand from the people working there the view on NNRI. One was a fired employee coming to pickup his last check. He told me it was a real company. The others said the same thing. They could not come flat out and say the other stocks were scams but came as close as they could to saying that. This was in late August. Since then the relationships between him and his supposedly investors have been going south. You know the story of NNRI and Barry. As I told Jim you have to understand the mind of a Jewish person and his ego and his background of a fighter has not helped the NNRI situation here. I do not wanted to get into here on the MB because it would not be politically correct. I believe you are smart enough to know what I am talking about and have dealt with enough people to understand that face to face is how business is done. I know his promotion stocks are a pump deal. He gets paid supposedly a 3-5% of the outstanding shares to promote a stock. I was there to witnessing how it is done. You did point out that a certain price target has to be hit. A point I needed. I played one other of his stocks quickly thank god but NNRI I believe in it. It has he best business model of any company I have seen in the last 20 yrs. It has few competitors, high margins, high barriers to entry, govt programs that are basically recession proof, have all of the inside contacts to doing business in Russia, in a growing industry - exploding, also have the technology to meet the new environmental laws (I believe) and the list goes on. Unfortuately they are on the pk sheets and characters like IM get involved which hurt. He does know this is a winner - like you said he walked into a pot of gold with this stock. Unfortunately this management team did not have any idea what they were getting into being on the pk sheets. I just hope it works out for all of us and the management team. They have invested their hearts in this one for peanuts and hopefully we all will get rewarded well for all of the pain. I do not believe what Barry tells you but it is interesting to listen to his BS because in it once in a while there is some meaningful stuff. I cannot say that about ST. He is so bias he cannot separate his personal views to give you facts. He is hurting too. It is so unethiccal to go to the MBs and defend a company and not disclose that you are getting paid by the company. I cannot believe NNRI associates with him. Also when he tells people this is great news when the company hits a new 52 wk low is unbelievable - it show his bias. I find it funny he no longer post here but writes about it on his site. I told Jim that you need to staighten him out because NNRI is very close to getting a class action suite. If this company was on the exchange there would be no question there would be one. Because it is on the pk sheets the lawyers know it is harder to win. This has been the only plus for NNRI for being o the pk sheets - the down fall is the price.
