He notes declines in global stock markets, downside risks to growth, upside risks to inflation, partially on rising raw materials prices. He sees the latter weighing on Japanese corporate profits. CPI too looks to reach 1%. He adds that the Japanese economy is slowing and that the downside risks for the EZ cannot be ignored.
