If that is true, and I believe you're telling it accurately, then that is one of those "red flags" which warns us to stay away from certain stocks.

Sure, FASC may not be selling product directly from the site, but it is still your "store front", and any store with broken windows and peeling paint - or boarded up - is not going to draw much business.

I can't speak to the monthly cost of maintaining a web site, especially one that doesn't change for a whole year, but it can't be that much.

This is a terrible decision.

Shall we take up a collection for Cal?
