the comment I will make is that I seem to remember hearing that all deals take time to wind their way thru the political system and meetings of this council and that... blah blah blah.
took VNX some time to get done... but are they rolling now.. 75,000 barrels a day X FIVE. The market hasn't fully digested that yet, or maybe needs to know how many days they are good for.
Wonder if they are sitting on total estimates...???
