I guess the good news is that the REGDEX issued January 11, 2007 by the SEC to ERUC has expired.

It permitted ERUC to sell $1 million in securities over the course of 12 months. Those 12 months are now up!

exactly... I almost bought on the "news" which came at a 52 week low... seemed like a good combo but something didn't feel right, and my gut was right... this thing is crap... tons of volume and it's all DOWN DOWN DOWN... ridiculous... it pi$$es me off and I don't even own it! doh!
