I Sell Homes :) This would meet most definitions of shells. Confirmed they are not conducting operations since the R/M. There are no buyers that we know of. But according to a PR spokesman I talked to some time ago, 6 months has to go by before you can merge again. We will be at that 6 month juncture the end of March, 2008.

Other than that, just waiting... :(
