They go back with Dutchess to '04 I believe. There is 424B3 with Dutchess for 600mm shares May 2, 2006. There was an SB-2/A in Nov 06 for 260,281,228 shares with them but never effected. In Dec 06 they had an amended SB-2 for 105,281,228 shares which was effected, but no 424B3 on that one. Then a new SB-2 for 150 million in April 07, amended to 125 million shares in July 07, then 82.5mm shares in August 07. Also read the August 8th 8k regarding all of that. They Effected Augusts SB-2/A , REGISTRATION NO. 333-141991. That is an interesting read.
