I agree with you TREOTREO that if you read all the PRs that are out there it looks to me like they are very close and i believe it happens sometime this week also. I think the labels are making a power play for a bigger percentage is all that is going on right now. But on the other hand with a 10% loss in 2007 from the labels and a perdicted 10% or more in 2008 coming i think it helps Qtrax with negotiations.
