Even then I don't believe they have to start with step one. Just ask publicly on the board what the people on campus here think or believe. I started with LESS than the recommended 3k...UNDER STEP 1 and now (thank God) I am between STEPS 80 and 81. I think it is more about believing the paradigm and what it takes to succeed more so than the mechanical math from step to step. I can flat out guarantee you that Professor Monkish and I are going to get to step 200...we want to take as many people with us as we can.
