For some reason .70 cents is where they don't want the price to exceed, and they continue to flood the market with shares lowering the ask every single time. It looks like we are going to break >70 and the ask goes down. This is bull***t.

seems like second guessing. Everyone assumes the "majors' are willing to part with lots of money but they still have to prove out the technology for their approach. Moro likes 'cushioning money' so the deal was made apparently; but the word is that something is up as well. hope so given that even loyal investors seem to be off balance
