I've never eaten a turnip. In fact, it rarely occurs to me to think of eating one. This National Turnip Growers Association must be pretty small. One year we did grow some for some unknown reason. What resulted was a huge root that must have weighed a few pounds. No one had the slightest idea what to do with it. The dog liked it, we played fetch for hours.

Now a 6 lb geoduc, I could deal with that. Keep geoduc!
