yes I see that. they filed it on the 23rd of Jan 08 and asked for a jury trial...where does it say it's over and done with?

I'll have to read the whole thing when I get time.

CPRK - sometime .40 is tuff to cross on a chart, looks like it hit the 32DMA at support? (which is where i thought it would hit)
to bad stocks can't just go straight up huh, oh well that just wouldn't be reality and we do live in reality don't we?
best to all.. btw still holding my last buy of shares hope this is just a normal cyclical move on a chart?
Charts like DD tell a story about a security - one just has to wade thru the bad prints on a chart sometimes to get a true reading - just as one would have to wade thru the b/s amoung the post. Good luck to all in each and every trade.
